Returns/Refunds

In order to maintain the quality of our products and the nature of our very small business, we are unable to accept returns. All items are packaged diligently for safe travels. 

If you receive an order where we have made an error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at soapdejolie@gmail.com with the details.

If you receive an order that that has been damaged, do not accept it from the carrier. Should you not be available when the package is delivered and you receive it damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at soapdejolie@gmail.com. Please include a picture of the damaged items and packaging in your email to us, and retain all damaged items and packaging.
