Mommy OR Daddy & Me Soap Class!

Make it a party with your friends and family! We encourage you to bring drinks and/or snacks for your group to enjoy! 

In this soap making experience with your little one, we will walk you through making your own cold processed soap into UNICORNS, MERMAIDS and/or LEGOS using natural oils, butters, fragrance oils, melt and pour and lye. You will make a small batch of soap (10 bars) by combining ingredients start to finish.

Cold process soap making offers endless creative options and gives you a useful, practical end product.  Great for gift giving or to treat yourself!

We will be there to walk you through each step along the way:

You will get to customize your soap with your choice of scent, colors & designs.
You are only limited by your imagination!

Once your soap design is COMPLETE, it will need to cure for 24 hours before it is able to be cut.  Once cut we will box and label them with your name/group. You may pick them up anytime after they are cut with a max of 4 week hold. If you are unable to make it back we can also ship them to you for $10 additional charge. (Choose Shipping at Checkout)
Your soaps will need to cure 4-6 weeks before use.

Optional Add Ons 
$5 - custom labels for your soap bars (Paid at Checkout)
$10 - all 10 soap bars cut and shipped directly to you if you are unable to return to pick up your soap bars (Paid at Checkout)

Safety First!
We recommend wearing clothes that you won't mind if oil may splash on. 
Gloves, apron, saftety glasses will be provided.
Your soap should be cured for a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks before use.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:
No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable (i.e., we do not offer refunds). If you cannot attend a class that you have committed to, please refer to the options below.
Rescheduling Option: Must give advance notice.
No Credits/Refunds for No Shows: If you sign up for a class & do not call or show up FOR ANY REASON the entire class fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, and  nontransferable.

AGE REQUIREMENT: The handling of lye will be required. If you feel your child 8+ is mature enough and while under your supervision they may participate. 

WHAT TO BRING: Included is everything you will need to make your cold process soap – simply show up! If you would like to bring finger foods for your group you may do so. We will have a table available to setup on.

THINGS TO REMEMBER:
PLEASE BE ON TIME! Classes will begin promptly as there are other events/classes scheduled shortly after.
Please dress in comfortable clothing (making soap is FUN but can also get messy)
